One of my favorite things about weddings is that they are all unique! I just got back from a wonderful trip to Schenectady, New York to witness the beautiful vows of my two dear friends. Their wedding was full of so many laughs and love, it was truly inspiring! I am back to work today, and I am definitely in the wedding mood. I am sharing some of my favorite images from a wedding last season that I photographed right here in Rock Hill! They had so many unique touches, I can’t wait to share!
Dell and Jenna had their wedding this fall in Rock Hill, SC and a gorgeous wedding reception at Elks Park right on Lake Wylie, SC! They’re from the North, like me, so we had so much fun reminiscing and talking about our roots. One of the first details of their wedding day I photographed, was their special engraved rings. Jenna lovingly had Dell’s ring engraved with “You’re my favorite,” which coincidentally just happens to be one of my all time favorite love-y sayings.
We took a stroll and took some beautiful bridal party photos at Riverwalk in Rock Hill, and then celebrated with the newly wed couple at Elk’s Park with a gorgeous view of the lake. One of my favorite things about photographing weddings in Charlotte, NC area, is the gorgeous city locations and delicious food trucks!! Dell and Jenna had their wedding reception catered by Two Chicks and a Truck and Blue Barn Bistro. Nothing like yummy food truck food and dancing!! At the end, there were midnight tacos!
