Who doesn’t love a brand new squishy sweet baby?! The wonderful Smith Family welcomed their newest bundle of joy, Kenlee Ann, in February! When mom and a friend mentioned a custom, hand made mermaid tail, I couldn’t wait!! The very talented and creative Kristen Brown of Gracie’s Corner made this gorgeous mermaid tail, top, and headband! Sweet perfection!
At Kenlee’s newborn photo session, three of her older sisters joined her! There’s nothing like sisterly love. She is in such good hands. She instantly has the most wonderful best friends, protectors, and playmates, who will have genuine advice and plenty of shenanigans to offer. Nevermind that dad may now be way outnumbered!
Dad added another precious princess to his family with Kenlee, so when he mentioned he was a HUGE Tarheels fan, we knew we had to take a special portrait just for him. Cozy Kenlee looks right at home in blue and white, the Tarheel’s newest fan!
I love capturing sweet moments with mom and dad and brand new baby. These moments always end up being some of my favorites because you can really feel the love. I love the tender photographs, and the lifestyle images and silly ones create a wonderful complete memory of this new addition. The Smith’s 3 year old twins made our session super fun, with surprise photobombs any chance they could, too!
